1.” It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see”
In my opinion this means that you can look or view something good or badly at first glance but once you know that person your view on him/her is very different from how you viewed it that first time. Others may view a person you care about very differently than how you see them because you know them and they can’t see how your person truly is.
2. “ Rather than love, than money, than fame, give me truth”
To me this means the truth is much more valued than anything in the world because the truth is something all of us want to know even if it may hurt us it’s better than being lied to. Any person would want to know the truth of anything rather than have everything in the world and never knowing the truth.
3. “Not until we are lost do we begin to understand ourselves”
When we’re alone just thinking we begin to go over our lives and think about what we may want in the future or what we want to accomplish in a certain amount of time. When we’re alone we like to think or just space out and have time to be alone with no one to bother you.
